If you tweet whilst at work, even though all your work is getting done and it helps your creative juices flow; that's not good. But... if you've worked for the organisation previously, and FUCKED THEM OVER, that's ok. You can leave said organisation, sue them for wrongful termination, then come back a few years later on the Board... sounds like a way to go aye!
Of course, all this is heresay and unsubstantiated; essentially the rumour mill, but that's just it, people take more notice of rumours than actual fact.
